The problem
The team had data but no picture. Multiple platforms, dashboards and CSV exports, each telling a fragment of the story.
The weekly ritual was a full day of manual Excel work. Vlookups, pivot tables and index-match formulas stitched into a spreadsheet that was out of date before it was finished.
The thinking
The report existed to support decisions, and it arrived too late and too fragmented to do that. The fix was not a better spreadsheet. It was removing the manual step, so the team’s time went to acting on the numbers rather than assembling them.
The work
I mapped every source, cleaned and unified the data architecture, and replaced the manual process with a Python automation pipeline feeding a live dashboard.
The result
What took a full day now takes thirty minutes. The output is more complete, more accurate, and available on demand instead of once a week. Processing data became acting on it.
